To be able to weld e.g. according to DIN EN 1090-2 or in the scope of the pressure equipment directive, the welding procedures has to be qualified.

Procedure test can be carried out for you for a welding relevant metallic materials and virtually all welding procedures. Furthermore we qualify the following procedures: thermal cutting, flame straightening, punching, thermal spraying and hard brazing. Of course we consult you on the ideal choice of test pieces and parameters and the generation of a instruction (e.g. pWPS)
We also support you with the implementation of the procedure in your manufacturing process. It will be reviewed in our own laboratory - accredited according to DIN EN IDO 17025.
Procedure testings for the hard brazing according to DIN EN 13134 can be necessary because of guidelines, costumer demand or as a part of the own quality assurance. We help you with a useful selection of test procedures, the creation of a temporary procedure instruction and the immediate derivation of the brazing certificate according to DIN EN ISO 13585 guideline 2014/68/EU.
In the scope of application according to DIN EN 1090-2/-3 the suitability of thermal cutting processes (flame cutting/plasma cutting) has to be checked regularly. Dependent on the execution class (EXC 2 to EXC4) there are accurately defined requirements to roughness, perpendicularity and and slant tolerance as well as the hardness of the cut surface. The test pieces are tested with a test procedure that is developed and accredited specifically for this purpose.
